Start a Return

We’re sorry to hear that your order wasn’t quite right. At MIGROUND, you can return your items within 14 days of receiving them. Please follow the steps below to start your return.

How to Start a Return

  1. Send us an email at return@miground.com with the following details:

    • Your full name

    • Order number

    • The item(s) you want to return

    • Reason for return (optional, but helps us improve)

  2. We will review your request and reply within 1–2 business days with instructions and the correct return address.

  3. Once approved, please package the item securely and send it back using a trackable shipping method.

Important Information

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items may be tried on and show light traces of wear, but must not be damaged or heavily used.

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving and inspecting your return.
